To cope with an increased demand for its consultancy services and software systems for the design, development and manufacture of transmission systems, Nottingham based Smart Manufacturing Technology (SMT) has recently opened an additional new office and test facility.
Occupying 600m² of space the new office and test facility is located close to SMT existing Head Office in Nottingham.
By fully utilising the facilities at the new location SMT will now be better placed to cope with the recent strategic expansions into the automotive and wind turbine market sectors.
These expansions have taken place both nationally and internationally and have resulted in SMT recently recruiting additional personnel to cope with the increasing work loads.
